About Remmy’s Catering

Remmy’s Catering is a full service off-premise catering company located in downtown Issaquah, Washington. We offer fabulous fresh and healthy foods for corporate or personal events throughout the greater Seattle area. Events include celebrations, brunches, socials, receptions, lunch boxes, breakfasts, picnics, barbeques, lunches and dinners. Owner, Chef Edna Noronha, a graduate of the world-famous Culinary Institute of America in New York is renowned for her delicious and eye appealing foods.

History

In 1998, Remmy’s Café-Deli-Catering was founded to serve the new community of Issaquah Highlands. The popular Deli offered everything from grilled paninis, meatloaf with garlic-Parmesan potatoes to almond-crusted pork tenderloin with dried cranberry-apple conserve. Additional entrées included spectacular salads, vegetables, pilafs, desserts, and pastries. All were made fresh daily and served in the restaurant or as a take out.

With great foods, beautifully presented platters, and a friendly staff, the catering business flourished, as well. As Remmy’s reputation grew, the company relocated to downtown Issaquah with a larger kitchen in which to serve our customers. Many of the items on our menu today are favorites from Remmy’s Deli.

In addition, Chef Edna Nornoha has brought to Remmy’s Catering many years of world-wide food experience, having worked in restaurants in Goa India, Dubai, New York City, Laguna Beach, and Seattle. She has created her own blend of spices and flavors that enrich the food that is presented at Remmy’s. Chef Edna considers it an honor to create for you any special entrées that you wish to serve for your special occasion.
